Copy Booking Details Wizard

Use the Copy booking details wizard to copy booking details from one booking to another within the same reservation.

1. In the Navigator, open the parent reservation and select a reservation or booking. 

2. In the Bookings pane, select Tools > Wizards > Copy booking details. 

   The wizard opens and lists all bookings in the selected reservation.

3. To copy details from a different reservation:

   • Select the search icon and choose a reservation.

   • To narrow the list, select a Category.

   • Clear Copy inactive resources/rooms if you don't want to copy inactive items.

4. Select the bookings from which you want to copy details, and then select Next.

5. Use Hide canceled bookings and Hide old bookings to filter the list.

6. Select the booking details to copy.

   To select all displayed booking details, select Select all.

7. Select Finish.

8. Select OK.
